mindfulness at lunchtime ~ book

Book designed to get people to take a break for lunch to be mindful. Designed to be distributed around forms of public transport.

We were tasked with designing a method of convincing people to take their lunch hour. Many people skip their lunch break, with some only being entitled to a short period. I wanted to design a book that showed people the meditation technique mindfulness, to use in their break time - to break up their day and make them more aware for the afternoon.
